Chilo Group Pty Ltd is a service organization specialising in marketing, communications and applied research. We are also a level 1 BBBEE contributor and youth-owned.

Literally, Chilo means to grind or purify. We focus on concepts or ideas that are of strategic and operational importance to a client organization and transform them to match their aspirations and expectations. To this end, we offer our clients a range of services that span marketing, branding, public relations and applied research. 

We provide brand communications voice for the business through all its brand contact points:  environmental, print, website/digital, brand iconography, graphic designs, animation etc. 

The videography and photography services we offer capture memorable brand experiences for our clients. 

Our marketing services focus on above the line advertising efforts through print, radio, billboards etc.

We also provide public relations services including stakeholder management, media relations, events management, related social media services, media monitoring and crisis communication.

In applied research, we have extensive expertise and experience in conducting organizational surveys, assessments and comparative analysis of trends and opportunities to manage organization’s reputation. We have developed online capabilities for these services and that expands the scope and reach of our research work beyond geographical limitations..
